So I hit bankruptcy, asked a trade partner for money, and got out of the red. However, my research and manufacturing still have not recovered. Is there something I need to reset manually? I read in old forum posts that there was a slider, but also that it was removed. Is there something else I need to do? Does it recover over time? Do I need a positive income as well?
Edit: This was on the second Crusade campaign with Retribution installed.
