Commonwealths & Admin pts Posted on Monday, August 2, 2021 I'm late to the game, but didn't see this anywhere as a topic. If I relinquish control of colonies by creating a commonwealth, does that free up admin pts to reuse, or do I simply lose them, research, shipyards and the rest?
