Playing GalCiv III v4.01, including all major DLCs Crusade, AP, Retribution etc.
After researching "High Output Mining" (in campaign Altarian Prophecy, mission 1) for the first time I realized that the mining output for all stellar resources had suddenly increased by +1. However, all other tech improvements for mining starbases only improve mining by a +0.1 per step.
Looking into all *TechDefs.xml files (data\Game, DLC) there is always the same <Value>1</Value> for every TerranLogisticalOptimization2 entry which IMO is definitely wrong (should always be 0.1 in accordance to the other mining tech improvements).
Or is this WAD?
EDIT: The same goes for tech AltarianLogisticalOptimization2 and KorxLogisticalOptimization2...?
EDIT2: Well, it actually goes for every single tech *LogisticalOptimization2 in all tech trees (not only Terrans)...?
EDIT3: Even after changing the value to 0.1 it still shows +1 in the tech tree when starting a new game...I guess I made a mistake somewhere...?
