Playing as the Yor I noticed that the strategic command center was giving plus 3 ship production to a research collective. Should be easy enough to reproduce.
Also the stellar monarchy produces two diplomats which is great for races that need approval but it doesn't do anything for the Yor. Not saying it needs rebalancing but there really is no need for a celebrity option for the Yor.
