When you get a Crisis Manager and you already have a Crisis Manager in place in government, you can't go to the window to decide which one you want to use based on the bonuses it brings.
I don't have any save files yet.
I will keep the save files when this happens again.
The ideal in the game would be to have several slots for Crisis Managers, it is a little strange to give several Crisis Managers as a reward (if several crises have a successful outcome) to the player and he cannot obtain all the bonuses earned.
