Loading the save file does not allow to notice the bug.
I can possibly upload the save file on request if it can still be useful.
I did nothing special for the bug to appear.
Edit: Passing turns does not fix the bug.
The planet is not visible.
The planet is displayed when the ship's sensor reveals it.
