"Adds two new human civilizations to the game: Star Federation and War Clan. These are added via the XML append method for customization and compatibility. Both use a modified Terran ship style with custom designs and upgrading blueprints. Each has a new leader portrait, home system, and ship color scheme."
Suggestions and feedback are welcome. Don't hesitate to mention if something doesn't seem to be working correctly - I've tested each element during creation, but this is a relatively complex mod, and there could be issues.

You are welcome and encouraged to use this mod as a template for creating your own XML-append civs. Please change the "DD_Civ" prefix for filenames, internal names, and variables to your own unique prefix so that our mods are compatible.
