My empire is floundering under the crushing weight of negative tourism. It is in the -200 per turn range, and despite upgrading it seems to be getting worse!
My faction does have a -30% to tourism. I thought this was a -30% to profits only. Is that a bug? Or, considering the importance of tourism just something I should not do anymore? Is there a mechanic here I am not understanding?
Also...I do dabble a bit in some activities that may be considered a bit unsavory in some parts of the universe. I mean they are just robots though, it's not like I am enslaving "real" people or anything like that. Is there a chance that crossing the galaxy to see the AMAZING ROBOT SLAVE PITS OF PRIME isn't the attraction I thought it would be?
Any advice would be appreciated. Treasure fleets and mineral sales are only going to keep me afloat for so long. Also, I have made a few "advancements" in the area of pleasure bots, but I see nothing in the tech tree allowing me to capitalize on these wonderous advancements. Surely that would help my tourism issue.
