Folks,
I have been playing a looong game. I just finished and loaded both Intrigue and Retribution. After about 10 turns, the game asked for my form of government. I presents a blank matrix with no choices, and it won't let me any any governmental form just by typing it in. I'd certainly appreciate any help you can provide.
