When I settled these worlds I didn’t think I was getting the +5 promethion. These time it was one of the first world’s I settled and I am absolutely sure I did not get it. Sorry if this bug has already been reported. Has anyone else encountered this? I am currently playing v 3.2 without any mods.
I am also able to build max population on this world at least according to the tooltip.
