Unavailable/Missing Fusion Power Plant Posted on Saturday, November 10, 2018 Turn 268 on an immense map with well over 100 planets, I randomly have a planet—Horkenblatz I—where I cannot build the Fusion Power Plant (and yes, I have the technology to build fusion power plants). Anyone have any idea what is going on here?
