this has happened to me several times, sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. Normal races that come with the game their starbases have like 6 or 8 or something attack power, when I make one sometimes it only has 1 attack power - I don't understand what is causing this, is it a bug? or is it something that I am doing?
