So I have been playing this game for a bit with some friend never had an issue like this where we get into the game and I (as the host) can take my first turn, but when I go to the next player it stops and says "wait." We have tried reinstalling, deleting all our workshop content/custom civs, all sizes of maps, changing who hosts the game, making the galactic civ folders an exception in our anti-virus software. nothing seems to be working. the strange thing is that, this issue only occurs with this one friend. I can play just fine will other friends. If anyone has a similar issue or knows a fix it would be appreciated.
