Bug? Fortification does not produce the Omega starbase defenses Posted on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 Hi all, I can't seem to build the Omega Starbase Defenses on GalCiv 3 after researching Fortification. Is this a known bug or is it just me? Is there anything else I can do to increase the defensive stats on colonies? Cheers
