I posted this in the general forum, which might not have been the right place. So I am trying again.
I just received "Slowdown", it gives me the flavor text. But no text on the effect of the slowdown. I have noticed this since Crusade. Is this intentional?
I am playing 2.8 opt in.
Update, "Neighbors" has not text on effects either.
Give Peace a Chance has no text on effects.
