Hi All
just thought I'd load this up and download all the updates and give it a go again 
On the colony screen you used to be able to just click on say social production to maximise the colonies production in that area. likewise you could boost economy , research etc
I can't seem to find out how to do that anymore since 2 years of updates lol.
any help would be appreciated .
