Ideology difference and diplomatic change Posted on Friday, December 1, 2017 So I am playing mostly benevolently and the Thalan Contingency is playing pragmatically - according to the diplomatic report on them. But it subtracts two for opposing ideologies. Is it just me or do they not really seem to oppose each other?
