Greetings , i have been having some insane problems getting gal civ 3 to work through steam on my windows 10 64-bit rig.
When i start the game i get on the stardock launcher but when i launch the game, it just starts a loading game screen and stays there forever frozen.
Worse yet however is that even if i end the task in the task manager. in steam it keeps being set as Running. This means i can't uninstall the game or validate its files. i have tried ending all non essential processes in task manager but to no avail. the game keeps 'running'.
this is madness.
