With the new version we can't destroy certain buildings I hate it. Is there a cheat code to destroy a building say the financial capital. So I can put on the treasury planet instead of some small planet that the AI did. Or destroy an ideology building either on a special square or don't use that ideology.
Also do city clusters can any pop bonus. I for one can't fine much Monastium.
