So I'm in late game, turning my civ into a bunker before I launch massive invasion fleets. Problem is, I seemed to have reached the maximum limit of huge hull ships a civ can have. I can't produce ANY of them, in ANY starport. Is this limit I believe exists real? Or maybe a bug?
