Wow, Peacekeepers quickly got me to play nice around turn 100.
I know some people hate them, I just want to know if they're a permanent effect. Do they go away when all wars are over?
Also, I wouldn't mind fighting them once my science scales up, but it seems like they randomly spawn out of nowhere to attack my soft targets. Is this the case or is there a limited number of Peacekeepers floating around that I can track down and (hopefully) kill?
