Recently, I DL 'Galactic Empire' from the Steam Workshop. It's a custom civ with it's own custom ship set (Star Wars ships, obviously)

I'm sure this has been reported before (but I can't find it).
What happens is that once you enter the "Battle Screen", the laser and missile animations are non existent but register damage against opponents. There is no issue with kinetic weapons and display as normal.
Any fix, work around, or advise would be great.
