As mentioned in the title. I stopped playing because i couldn't prevent myself losing techs every 5 turns despite all attempts and various tweaks with espionage and i was hoping one day that it could simply be disabled. I hadn't noticed any options to turn it off when i went to start a new game earlier and i wondered if this had been sorted out or as players are we simply still helpless?
