I have tried both star frequency and planet frequency on Occasional .
My habitable planets are rare and still get lots of habitable planets.
My goal is to get a BIG universe (Ludicrous) with lots of stars but colonizable planets few and far between.
Could you adjust the numbers of add a choice with less planets then rare.
