Direct X 12 and Gal Civ III.

In the recent article from (A)list about our upcoming expansion, Brad makes a point of mentioning that the engine we have is native 64bit and Direct x 11. 

This is what I have always wanted and i am very happy about it! 


Like every kid we see the next big thing, that being DX 12. I know we have a custom engine, will it ever be possible to use Dx12 with GCIII or would the re-write of the engine just not be economically feasible? 


Its not a big issue actually, DX11 is amazing. However Brad sold me via the Ashes videos on how good DX12 is for games and having differing cards. 


This is just a question really directed to the folks at Stardock who know if its possible not if its ever gonna happen.
