Is it not possible to research massive scale construction (unlocking huge hull sizes) as Iconia? For some reason I got the prereq tech, but I'm not offered to research huge hulls, pls. see pic - I cannot select massive.
In the standard tech view it is not offered at all.
Does it play a role that I got the prereq tech (hull capacity +20) from an artifact, so did not research it myself? Or is there another prereq tech I need to get still?
