I established a Free Trade Agreement with the Thalans playing the Contingency part of the base game campaign. If I hover over the FTA help text it states "Give a 25% bonus to the wealth of both civilizations through the sharing of Markets". I have observed a zero increase in income. Is this a known bug with 1.9?
