1. Are we able to create custom ship designs (made from jewelry) for non-player CPU controlled races?
2. Is the ship designer on the main screen yet?
3. If the game is still screwed up, is it possible to play galactic civ 2 on widows 10?
I bought this game last year as I am a HUGE fan of galactic civ 2. I found the game unplayable due to the inability to create custom races to play against equipped with ships of my own design. I create my opponents, my own races, everybody's ships and go off and have some fun with my own fiction. I was unable to do this with galactic civ 3 so the game was shelved.
