Hormevore managed to get them working on his build but I have had no such luck.
Nearest comes from removing the text file from Star Trek but I can only build small galaxies.
I think I have tried most of the possible combinations with removing files: the tech trees, the diplomatic modifiers.
IF you any of you folks have tried other things please let me know - I've been trying to fix this for an age
