I defeated the korx and am at peace with the Altarians but I still haven't won the campaign.
I took over Vol1 and Vol2 with influense and I took over Proctor III by force.
Now when I log back into the game Vol1 and Proctor III that now are mine have the four arrows around them.
I've tried flying my ships to the planets but nothing happends.
