Often I get requests from the AI civs asking for some piece of Tech I have, and threaten me when I don't give it to them even though I have a lot more faction power. You would think that if I am stronger than you, one wouldn't threaten you.

A better text which could easily be determined (if I am more powerful than the AI asking) is "I thought it would be a nice gesture" or something to that extent. But threatening me?....
