- Research Treaty reduced to 15% Bonus this is to make Research Alliances beneficial.
- Added a minimum turns since meeting value to research treaties.
- Culture Treaty reduced to 15% Bonus this is to make Cultural Alliances beneficial.
- Instance Limit of 4 on Treaty's.
- Instance Limit of 3 on Alliances.
- Changed Alliance text to better reflect what it does.
- Changed Culture, Military and Research Alliances text to better reflect what they do.
