Ok, the stuck-on-wait bug is back with 1.82, but it's a little different this time:
Game starts normal.
Turn 4 the wait is about 5 minutes before I can act again
Turn 5 it's 10 minutes
Turn 6 it's 20 minutes
Turn 7 - I quit after 30 minutes of being frozen
Unlike the old "wait" bug, this one cannot be circumvented by saving and restarting the game.
Turn 6 after restart (and reboot of computer) took still 20 minutes.
FYI, this is the same map I've played many times before, average turn took about 60 seconds in the past.
PLEASE FIX!
