Shipyard assignment from Planet management interface.

It would be nice if we could have a button "Assign to Shipyard" on the Planet management interface.

Basically I am maintaining a planet and I see it has lots of production, so I would like assign it to shipyard.

Current process:

1. close planet mangement.
2. find all the shipyards (may not be nearest) - hopefully not too many...
3. open that shipyard
4. click on manage shipyard
5. check all currently assigned planets against their production and compare it to the planet I want to assign.
6. Close manage shipyard
7. close shipyard
8. Repeat 2-7 for next shipyard (if not assigned)

With assign shipyard button

1. click button which brings up list of all shipyards sortable via distance/name
2. mouse over shipyard and scan small list of assigned planets
3. if find one to assign
4. click shipyard which then takes me directly to manage shipyard.

Much much better...
