Just wondering if this Merc was removed or is simply a random pull on Map generation?
The merc I am referring to is one that can change a class 0 (dead world) into a class 16 world. I have had it a few times and this particular game 1.7 with current opt-in, does not have it.
Its actually a pretty powerful merc and I use on one of my home system planets late game.
