Hi
Im playing the Arcean race and built a stellar forge (which says +10% ship healt) on my main planet. He is sponsoring a shipyard and i build some ships but there is no health increase at all.
Am i doing something wrong or is that building bugged ?
P.S. The german translations are awful.
