Hello,
Ok first of all i am playing a synthetic race 
which means i have no food and no population growth ( because of that i set farmer to -2 and fertility too)
So I am asking myself what is synthetic population growth, the green symbol with a person and a "+", i am Robots so i build my people there is no growth!
Why does this synthetic population growth value even exist? and what is it changing? i cant figure it out. 
I was not able to find something in the internet about this value (maybe the translation is wrong i play with german language) but would be nice if you could help me, thanks.
