I need to know if the idiot AI fighting me is suffering equally from Peacekeeper event.
I'm losing starbases and survey ships and scouts and constructors and alot of my free ships from exploring. I also lost my exploring Ysengard ship. 
At least one of those peacekeeper accidentally suicided into my fortified world where I actually had a fleet in presumly because it was chasing my Starlab mercenary.
Because if only the human players suffer from this event i'm uninstalling galciv3.
