Issue 02: The Arcean Weather Control is a manufacturing building with an adjacency bonus (to it) of +0.5 Morale per manufacturing from it's neighbors. This morale bonus does not get applied to the planet.
Steps to Duplicate:
- Start a game with a race possessing Archean technology tree
- Research Weather Control
- Make a note of your total morale (mine was 8 in this instance, then a bunch of mods etc applied)
- Build a Weather Control Center next to some manufacturing buildings for +2 in total adjacency bonuses which should yield +1 morale
- Check Morale - the Weather Control Center is showing a +15% bonus to morale (yay!)
- (x) Check Morale - your total morale is still only +8 instead of +9
- (x) Do the math, make sure everything is adding up. The WCC is definitely not adding +1
