Anyone else having a problem with buildings updating since the 1.5 update? I checked the Govern Planet option and the auto upgrade feature is turned on but doesnt seem to be respected. If I toggle it off and then on, it upgrades what it can for the moment but then fails to notice any further upgrades.
Am I missing something?
