I am able to get ai to go to war, we all can. I want the Ai to do the same. Back in Gal Civ II the Torians or the Iconians would say "Another Power has convinced us of the need to eradicate you from the Galaxy" or similar flavor.
I have not encountered such behavior yet. I request that we put this in or something similar in Diplomacy/flavor text.
