Hello,
Has anyone figured out how to use the prebuilt faction starbase models as ships? I would like to use them as planetary defense stations stacked on planets -- with Huge hull and lots of weapons, of course. 
I tried recreating them from scratch in the ship designer, but it proving to be EXTREMELY tedious.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
