can modders use a png ship icon, and turn it into a building using modded Tech tree ?
if so coulde any modders show me, is it fully possible to do that ?
and why have no one done this before?
(i mean using a custom ship design, use its icon, then apply it to a custom Tech tree and build the building, then the ships icon is a building.)
