perhaps and most likely for you a stupid question, but let me ask anyways, how to move a ship where I want and not to choose from options like Explore? If I choose Go To the game offers me to go to already existing places (home planet e.g.). If I choose explore, the game itself chooses a path of a ship, the same applies for starbase - to move a constructor wherever I want, not the game.
