How do point defenses, shields, and armor work? I've been playing around with the "ShieldEfficency" and the other defense values in the GalCivs3GlobalDefs.xml and testing out combat. I don't see any pattern, except when the value is changed to 1, ships with defenses become invincible to the corresponding attacks.
