As the title says:
I would like to have a mod that allows me to research multiple specializations if I want to. Its fine that you need only one to get to the next tech, but sometimes I feel too limited when having the option to research only one. Sometimes the AI gives me a "gift", and then I can't research the one that I want, and sometimes I feel its too limiting to research only one specialization and just hope that someday, there will be another Civ willing to trade the desired tech.
I hope that modwise, it is easy to accomplish. Somewhere "specialization" should be defined like:
"If type = specialization, then..." , and one can switch it back to the definition it was during Beta. This would solve it for all custom tech-trees aswell.
The Devs have already said they don't want it, therefore I'm requesting a mod. It would make the game more userfriendly and customizable. If you don't want it, don't use the mod.
