Marigoldran AI strategy Mod

This is mostly a proof of concept mod. All it does is tells Expansionist AIs to spend the first 50 turns producing nothing but colony ships, as rapidly as it can.

it is, ironically enough, compatible with everything except IAB mod. 

 

I've made this so we can actually measure whether the AI will genuinely do better just by spamming colonies with 100% manu, 100% military settings. Remember, it will only be the expansionist AIs doing this, so don't expect everyone to do it. I'd encourage everyone to play a few soaks with this on, and report back how many planets each AI in the game has got by turn 50.
