How do I adjust the frequency with which a planet gets assigned a trait?
I see I can adjust trait distribution with the "weight" parameter, which I assume needs to sum to 100 (?), but how do I increase the rate at which planets get assigned one of these traits? I can't seem to find that anywhere. It seems like something that might be in MapSetupDefs but I guess not...
