I'm sure I'm missing something obvious... Posted on Sunday, June 21, 2015 ..but why can't I build buildings on my homeworld? Everything is listed as completion time N/A. I have my govern settings at 50/50 manufacturing v research, and can build on other planets, just not Earth. What am I missing?
