I got back from 3 weeks away from GC3 and just had to start a new game on 1.03.3. I noticed that the tooltip for planetary approval showed a "Missing Info":
I suspect this is because of the Malevolent ideology trait "Eager", which I'd gotten a dozen or so turns before, and I had just invaded my first planet a turn before noticing this problem.
